Phil Setrakian has deep roots in the valley, being born and raised in Fresno. After graduating from the University of California at Santa Barbara, Phil went on to law school at McGeorge School of Law. He first worked in the Fresno County District Attorney’s office for over a decade. At one time he served as the Supervising Attorney of the Career Criminal Unit. From robbery to homicide, arson to welfare fraud, Phil has gained substantial experience in every avenue of the criminal justice system.
